Catch up Funding
The aim of the catch-up premium is to ensure that children who have had their education disrupted by the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, get back on track with their education. Children and young people across the country have experienced unprecedented disruption to their education as a result of coronavirus (COVID-19). Those from the most vulnerable and disadvantaged backgrounds will be among those hardest hit.
Returning to normal educational routines as quickly as possible will be the school’s main priority. In addition to this, we will be using the funding to provide additional, targeted support for those pupils who need the most help and make up for lost teaching time.
